Publications. They are protected under the International Laws that govern such property rights for trademarks and copyrighted
materials.
The role of the Luvable Character names are essentially semantic and are fulfilled through the phonetic characteristics
of the name, as well as visually by way of its graphic presentation that are elements in tune with the very message being
conveyed through the trademarked property. The graphics that also correspond with the "character-name" also corresponds
